Call backs and web enquiries

Call backs and email/website enquiry follow ups.

Please note that we may not be able to provide instant or quick call backs if you telephone and are told that a call back will be made. We endeavor to get back to you as soon as we are able.

In addition if you email us, or send a message via our google Business page, or Facebook messaging service, these will not be dealt with as quickly as we would like- these messages are not 24/7 monitored, our priority is to try and ensure that visitors to our shop are dealt with.
If you have an urgent situation, then please call in or make sure that you advise us during the call the nature of the urgency.
We are of course always endeavoring to get back to you as speedily as possible, but hope for your understanding.
