Update Covid-19 Workshop and mail order

To all our customers current and New

UPDATE Coronavirus Covid-19- 14th May 2020

Following on from our closure on the 26th March, we are now able to start our gradual return to work.

With effect from the evening of the 15TH May our online sales store, FLITWICKMOTORCYCLESEXPRESS.COM and our eBay store FMCEXPRESS will be up and running again to allow online purchasing.

With effect from Tuesday 19th of May we will be operating our workshop on an appointment only basis, initially accommodating all those whose work was postponed when we closed, and emergency work we have discussed since. We are presently working hard to contact all our customers on that list to get them booked in as soon as possible, so if you would await a call or email and respond as soon as possible we will be grateful.

Meantime, for those that are not yet on the above work list, if you have an emergency or are a key worker, please continue to email us on flitwick@flitwickmotorcycles.co.uk, and we will respond as soon as we are able.

In addition, From the 26th May our telephone lines will be open to take calls for future workshop bookings and Mots, with revised temporary hours Tuesday to Saturday  09.00 am to 17.30.pm and will also be able to take  any parts or accessories orders that our local customers would like place, as a  telephone order to collect later.

To comply with the Government Retail shop closure order, these items would need to be paid for by card at the time of order over the telephone, and you will be given a date and time window appointment for collection, ringing us on your arrival to observe social distance rules.

Please note in line with government instructions, our retail shop still remains closed to the public, unless you have an appointment arranged as above- and your bike will need to be left or you wait outside until  the work is completed and ready for handover. Card payment on completion is preferred.  Please do not arrive without an appointment, as legally we will not be able to allow access at the present time, and we do not want to disappoint.

I am sure you will understand that this is for the protection and safety of you and our Team, which always remains at the forefront of our minds.

We hope that this partial return is of assistance to you our very valued Motorcycle “Family” and that we will be able to welcome you to our Showroom soon- we miss you all…

Best Regards, Carole & Steve
