Following on from Government directions in December, from Midnight 19th December 2020 until further direction once again our retail showroom, parts clothing and accessories area is closed. However, we are please to say that our workshop, mail order and click and collect services will continue to operate, with workshop continuing by prior appointment only. These services will be under strict Covid-19 secure rules, please see below for details. This is to ensure the safety of our team, and you our most valued customers, and we thank you for your understanding. Please do not try to enter the shop unless you have an appointment for MOT or workshop work booked in today, are here to collect an item ordered for click and collect, to collect goods by appointment, or are delivering goods (including Motorcycles). On arrival please knock or ring us on 01525 712197 and await a member of staff to greet you. All service department bikes will be taken from you (with the keys) outside and brought in for the work to be completed. Please note you can choose to wait outside or leave and return when we ring you that the work is completed, or during very bad weather we have a socially distances waiting area for one person. Payment must be made by card during this lockdown time. We now can take payment by a portable card payment for completed work or collections from our forecourt. Please ensure you bring your payment card with you when you arrive to collect your machine or goods. We hope this helps to keep you safe. For parts and other collections, please arrive within your collection window, and ring or knock on your arrival. We will come out to you. Please note orders should be paid for in advance of arrival. We thank you for your understanding in this continuous and most difficult of times.

Please note our ecommerce and EBay mail-orders are running as normal but be aware that there is likely to be a delay in delivery whilst couriers and the post office deal with the increase in delivery for essential goods. During this “Lockdown” period we will also be carrying out some essential building and showroom updates, keep an eye on this site or our social media pages for updates.
